Final Sale Items: Custom, sale, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damages & Order Errors: While we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, damages may occasionally occur. If you receive a damaged item, please fill out our damage form, and we will promptly work to resolve the issue.
Per our terms, all products are considered in good condition and damage-free unless a material defect or order error is reported within 72 hours of pickup or delivery.
