We offer local pickup and delivery for our Utah customers and ship select items nationwide. Once your order is placed, we process it with the wholesaler and provide you with an estimated time of arrival (ETA). You will receive an update within 24 hours, except on weekends or holidays, in which case we will notify you on the next business day. If you’d like an ETA before placing an order, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

We offer a 7-day exchange policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to assist with an exchange or issue in-store credit.
Please note that custom items are final sale.
Occasionally damages may occur. We ask that you inspect your items and use the form linked below to report any damage to us within 72 hours of receipt.

We offer shipping on select products, but not all items are eligible. If direct shipping is available, shipping costs will be applied at checkout. If an item cannot be shipped, you will be notified at checkout.

At the time of purchase, we provide the most accurate estimated time of arrival based on current information from our vendors. Please be aware that ETAs are subject to change based on overseas production issues, container shortages, and congestion in all ports. Our support staff will provide notice of any changes as soon as updates are made available.
